Chris went to the yard sales. I got a shoryu, a dragon, the Hammer Horror version of The Mummy (with Cushing & Lee--look forward to that on CH next week), Ed Wood (SQUEEEE), Death Proof & Planet Terror special editions, + Batman movie special editions, misc. action movies, more plates + a platter to my set....And one of the yard sales was at a teacher's home. He teaches Chem & Physics at a local school, so Chris got some of his college textbooks and is obviously very pleased with that. It was a good haul. :3I'm awake. Don't I look awake? Feynman was giving me kisses to make me feel better, but it hurts because of the reaction on my face. Today is just utter shit all over the place.My eyes are all puffy from weeping in pain earlier. My health leaves a lot to be desired most of the time, so I am currently working from home to cover medical costs and save up to complete my BA in Anthropology, and then my Masters in Pre-Med and Drawing in order to pursue a career in medical & fossil record illustration. I love studying bones & neanderthals, along with dinosaurs, pokemon, music, art, etc. I love to draw, and have recently been on a pin-up kick. I've met some of the best friends I've ever had on the internet, and spend a lot of time on it. I recently had surgery to fix my hip, am allergic to sunlight, have muscle issues that impair my digestive system & sometimes cause tremors, and I have a disorder that causes me to sometimes develop benign tumors in my joints & elsewhere. I also have issues mentally that have officially been diagnosed as depersonalization disorder. I tend to be fairly good at finding the bright side to things, offering advice, or just offering an ear. If I look a little like the color is drained from my face, it's because I just stood on BOTH FEET to weigh myself. I'm supposed to start doing things like that. It takes a lot out of me and kind of hurts, but it's progress.In line with the whole 'showing you guys more of what I can reach in my room' thing, I present two Nightcrawlers. I mentioned in passing that I wanted one this year, and so when he and his brother-in-law went out to the store, he grabbed me this. It's very soft and snuggly.
